The YYCIS is open to male and female University YMCA (Hong Kong Baptist University) graduates between 18 and 30 years of age.

Any candidates for membership should be proposed and seconded by members before and making an application to the Secretary. His application shall be filed together with the recommendation of the Membership Committee. The Board of Directors shall thereupon vote to accept or reject such candidate and it shall require a unanimous vote to be accepted. The approved candidate shall be eligible to be a Member after being inducted by the President at a regular meeting of the Club.

Any members has attained the age of 30 years may be transferred to be a member of Y¡¦s Men Club.
